I finally got my student pass approved last week, waited for a whole day in ICA. This week didn't do anything interesting just in the hostel and went out in the evenings, 2 times to bugis, and tomorrow planning to go to china town.
As far as CNY weekend, my roomies planned to roam around zoo, bird park, but no idea which will work out.

Day out at 1utama - farewell
As usual saturday mornings wokeup quite late and looked out of the window, it was dark n cloudy felt like 7am and raining so heavily. Looked at my clock and realized that it was 11.30 am, and i was getting late had planned to meet sher, michelle and lisa for lunch at 1utama which is so far from my place.
Lazily got up from by bed and rushed quickly to get ready, the rain hasnt stopped yet, and no transport to 1u.. Thought i'll wait for dad to be back home so i can drive myself. But realized i was already 12.20 checked my phone n many miss calls n sms frm sher n chel. So quickly decided to rush out to pyramid to catch a cab. It took 40mins to reach all the way traffic jam n cars moved as slow as snails.
Finally reached 1u, and it was almost 1pm, and walked frm new side to old side, up and down the floors few times before i found the restaurant where we were supposed to meet. Had a good meal and took few snaps of the farewell lunch which was for me, as i was leaving to sgpore next week. Later lisa headed for her thai class.
So it was just 3 of us, two choices movie or karoke, after thinking for awhile thought movie is a good idea as chel and i wanted to watch Bedtime Stories.
Walked over to GSC, checked out the timings missed the 2pm show and the next show was at 4pm, looking at the queue which was quite long thought of checking if TGV had a earlier show.. walked all the way back to the old wing and saw that all tickets were sold out for 3pm show,
walked back lazily to GSC to find that 4pm was selling out fast n had no choice but to wait in the long queue, when we got to the counter it was all sold out completely.. Randomly changed the plan to watch Four Christmases n got the tickets for that, finally out of the long queue.
Took a stroll around to check out sale n for anything interesting, but found nothing and the whole place so crowded. Had a drink and cake at Chocolat, sat there and read magazines gossip stuff until it was time.
Movie was quite funny and not boring as we thought it would be, i would rate it 3.5 out of 5. It was 5.20pm and we were quite tired of all the walking around, i was thristy thought we all have a drink before going back home so went over t0 the Yippe Cup which is the famous bubble tea. Reminicsing the last time we were all there with shruti, sharm, anu, lisa ..the fun times. Read more magazines updated ourselves with latest news, which is actually outdates cuz we didnt realize the dates on the magazine until we flipped through the whole thing.haha!
Right after that chel and i walked back to old wing n my dad came to pick me up, chel took a taxi back home. I was quite tired i wanted to get some sleep.But that wasnt the end, my mom wanted to do more shopping for grocerries and other stuff, drove back to mydin and shopped till 10pm.
Came back home and i was totaly exhausted had dinner, and went online checked mails, took over the night shift.. LOL! which was until 1am, just about to sleep and had a thought that i'll post this quick blog and then Zzz! Thinking about 2moro ohgod, all the packing n drying still pending.. Thats it no more its 3.23am my brain is shutting down... off to bed!!!!
